~ HOW IT WORKS ~

a more robust booking system might arrive here at some point, but for now:

1. search - the exchange is built in a [SPREADSHEET], check here for what’s available and when
2. book - complete the [PRO FORMA] below to reserve something from the library, lends run for [NUMBER] days
3. collect - pick-up from our Langside workshop (G41): [DAY] [TIME - TIME], [DAY] [TIME - TIME]
4. return - drop-off within [NUMBER] days: [DAY] [TIME - TIME], [DAY] [TIME - TIME]

if collect/return times don’t work for you, please let us know and we’ll figure something out.

borrowing from the exchange is a commitment to…

- take care of items on lend, there is no redundancy or contingency for damage to the equipment which renders it unusable
- be respectful of others right to privacy and peace whenever listening, recording or sound/noise-making
- adopt ACSX principles of free exchange, circular economy, widening access, and cultural autonomy

recklessness or negligence regarding any of the above will result in an immediate ban and further access to the exchange will be withdrawn
